“Clean, quiet and comfortable”
Stayed here last minute after the original hotel we booked was in rough condition. The room was super clean, bed was comfortable environment was quiet. Slept like a baby and breakfast in the morning was great.

“One of the Best in Ames”
Excellent hotel in every way. Clean. Quiet. Well maintained. Breakfast is one of the best ever. Hot food. Fruit. Cereal. Waffles. Eggs. Sausage. Potato. Cleanliness is exceptional. This would be my first choice in Ames. Competitively priced. The bed was excellent. Soft, but firm.

“Best place to stay in Ames, IA.”
The Hotel was Great! The Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The Staff greeted you as you walked in ready to help you with check in or anything else you need. It was very clean. Great location to everything, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The good, the surfaces that need to be clean are: bedding and bathroom surfaces very clean, which is most important. Staff also very kind.. I rated it average due to a couple room issues.
