“Above and Beyond Customer Service”
This hotel went WAY above expectations with customer service!! During our stay, we used the hotel's address to have medicine delivered from Walmart for our sick child. “Good option if visiting Iowa State”
Nice hotel with plenty of tables to gather with friends in the lobbly. TV's and a bar that serves bar food as well as drinks are in this area. This area also has breakfast items in the morning. This is not a free breakfast buffet like at some Marriott properties. The evening bartender was very nice… more
