“Great place”

“Pool and hot tub not operational”
Very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not operational. The day before we arrived I booked the room using the Best Western website. I specifically looked to see if there was a pool, and the website showed there was. The website made no comment that the pool was closed for maintenance. … more
