“Long time coming”
I just found this comment card from Linda W. I took my wife to New Orleans back on our 20th Anniversary. This was her first time there and I would like the Bourbon Orleans for making it such a great experience.

“First time to New Orleans”
First time to New Orleans the hotel is located in the French Quarter and is close to everything. The hotel is lovely, staff are friendly and we will definitely visit again.

“No hot water, uninterested management made for an unpleasant visit”
The hotel was recently renovated and the room was in good condition. The problem was with hot water - we had none! After several calls and a visit to the front desk we had lukewarm water in the room. The mediocre service level and lack of hot water are reasons I’ll never stay at this hotel agai… more
