“The best hotel we've stayed at in a long time.”

“Almost perfect. Charging me after-the -fact for something I didn't order isn't setting well with me.”

“Great coffe service!”
Nice, updated and clean facility. The coffee machine in the lobby was a winner. Very convenient to driving through Shreveport. Rooms and beds were good, lobby and parking excellent. One of the better BW+ experiences.
