Just what we needed! Peaceful stay, close enough to things but private. We stayed here 2 nights, as soon as we arrived there were small snacks and you felt right at home. “Thanks Annmarie at Josephine's B&B!!”
Beautiful place and a great hostess!! We stayed in the Twins room on the third floor. Breakfast was made from scratch and delicious. Both close enough and far enough away from downtown Boston!! Also, the location is just south of Nantasket beach which is a very cool walk at sunrise!

“Stay at Josephine’s B&B.”
Great stay. Good location, very comfy room and wonderful care by Ann Marie. We toured the region with Ann Marie’s input and got a real appreciation for the area. Hull is great as are the other nearby towns. We recommend the B&B and the area highly.

Wonderful b&b!!! Great location! Newer construction! Host had great suggestions for dinner local and in Boston. If you drive, plenty parking and 10 minutes to ferry. Very clean and quiet! Sunrise through our third floor window every morning.
