“Great location!”

We stayed here for a few youth soccer games in the area. The location is fantastic. We easily got to Newton and Westwood for our games and the area has many good restaurants, liquor stores and shops. The hotel itself has clearly had updates. The lobby area is very pretty. Perplexing to us, the lobby bar is only open Monday-Thursday. As you can imagine, a group of soccer parents would have enjoyed some drinks in the evening and the hotel would have made some good money. But it was not. The free breakfast each morning was very good. Sunday mornings hot food had a few different items than Saturday's did. They had a little breakfast taco bar set up Saturday which was a hit. Fresh bagels and pastries, coffee was always full. They were a little late with the setup Sunday morning but it was all out by 7:10 or so. Rooms are very large as they're all suites. We didn't need the kitchen but the full fridge and drinkware in the cupboards came in handy. A negative was the fact that there was no water in the ENTIRE HOTEL when we checked in Saturday. They had to replace a pump or something. The guests who were already in the hotel were not notified and we were not notified at or before our check-in. That's not good customer service. It was back on within the time frame they gave me when I inquired at the front desk. Grab and go area was well stocked. I had to ask for my 2 free waters being a Hilton Member and was told I could just grab two from the cooler. That works but I did have to ask. Plenty or safe parking. Overall a good stay.

“Very nice BUT A/C not cold”

The hotel was very nice. Bed was super comfortable. We loved the walk in shower. The room was quiet and the room was ready early. Clean and comfortable. The hotel was very nice. Bed was super comfortable. We loved the walk in shower. The room was quiet and the room was ready early. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a plus: cooked eggs, scrambled & hard boiled, yogurts, bagels ect. Excellent attentive gentleman employee at breakfast. The only part we did not like was the A/C. It was set at 68 and it was not cold. It was pretty hot days when we visited so that was not great. Pool was beautiful

“Disappointed in service”

This stay was for 3 nights. The rooms are comfortable however the service was mediocre. Upon arrival we received a text to see if we needed anything, I asked for coffee pods and I never received them or was acknowledged. This stay was for 3 nights. The rooms are comfortable however the service was mediocre. Upon arrival we received a text to see if we needed anything, I asked for coffee pods and I never received them or was acknowledged. We brought bathing suits hoping to exercise in the pool during our stay and the pool was closed the whole time. After breakfast the coffee was supposed to be available but all the cups were gone. When I asked for a cup, the attendant was clearly annoyed. Hilton used to have much better service, disappointed in this visit.
