“Phenomenal Guest Experience”
The room was clean and comfortable, but guest service is what really stood out. My young daughter got sick during our stay and Alex, who was on overnight, could not have been kinder or more helpful in navigating a very sick child who was far away from home. “Good outweighs the bad at this location”
The best part of the room was the large bathroom, which featured lots of counter space, hooks and a big walk-in shower. “Visit to Brandeis University in Massachusetts”
Clean rooms and facility, nice atmosphere and professional staff. It’s close to major roads with easy access. It was nice to see many business travelers as well as families present at the hotel. Restaurants & Brandeis University were about 5-15 minutes drive.
