“Such amazing employees”
Leland Sway Angelique keep me coming back. They have a forever customer. Please don’t ever get rid of these customer oriented employees they’re always smiling right to help you no questions asked anytime or night or day. Absolutely love this place.

“Tv didn't work, nor did the guest service at front”
Everything was fine except the TV in the sitting area of our room didn't work. Went to front desk 3 times to let them know. Same person each time. She was more concerned with her phone than our satisfaction. I even changed the batteries in the remote myself. Not once did anyone attempt to fix the i… more

“Ants in the room”
I was very disappointed that there were ants in the room. When I told the front desk, she advised she did not think there was anything that they could do but she would let maintenance know. Maintenance showed up several hours later and did spray for ants.
