“Almost perfect”
Pretty hotel. Clean and very nice employees. Only gave 4. Stars because pool was drained that morning! Found out at check in.

“Muskegon visit”
Hotel was easy to find and the staff was very friendly. Check-in was handled efficiently and the staff explained where things were.
