“Enjoyable stay”
We enjoyed staying here for the simple reason it was close to our friends who live nearby and so our teens could enjoy swimming at the end of the day. Rooms in the Promenade Tower are very nice; however, ours did not have air conditioning for almost a day so we had to switch rooms. Front desk staff was not helpful when we called for maintenance; the hotel manager had to step in to fix the issue. Bell staff is amazing.
