“Extremely clean!”

“Clean and comfortable”
Very clean. Looks like it was recently updated. Sometimes the AmericInns are hit or miss, this was a hit. Breakfast area was pristine on a Sunday morning. Front desk worker was very friendly. This might be my new go to hotel in the Duluth area.

“Made our family vacation so great”

Service was great, no issues with checking in since I did online booking very last minute! Decent price for the room and very clean. “Hockey tournament”
We went for a hockey tournament and pm staff was so rude. The beds are super hard. The breakfast items dry out. No extra pillow in the drawer for the pull out couch. Staff all out
