We arrived late in the evening and Takisha was the front desk agent. She was helping another gentleman ahead of us with an issue. She was being very helpful and he seemed satisfied with the result. She took the time to acknowledge us and that she would be right with us. Once she got to us she was very friendly and personable. We got up to our room and it was very clean and cool! This a big deal to me, I hate a hot hotel room that will not cool down. The room was very clean and the sheets were super soft. All the things you want after a long day on the road. The next morning we went down to the hotel restaurant for breakfast and the lady ( I didn't get her name but she had long braids and a great smile) who waited on us was wonderful, super friendly, and made the best sweet tea. We stopped at the front desk and spoke to Alana, who was also very nice and told her about our experience with Takisha and overall stay. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was great!

“Standard Hilton Garden Inn.”

We flew in late. Were staying at Hard Rock for the week, but didn’t want to pay almost $300 for the first night when we wouldn’t even be checking in until 1am, so we opted for the Hilton Garden Inn the first quick nights stay, Very clean property. Lobby and public areas were nice and recently renovated. I thought the whole Place had been recently renovated, but we didn’t get a renovated room even though we booked direct thru Hilton. No big deal. Not super dated. Room was clean and adequate. Bed a bit too firm for my liking, though. Basically your standard Hilton Garden Inn property. Nothing too fancy, but not too shabby, either. Served its purpose and we got a good nights rest for a reasonable price of $100 for the night.

Pros - clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, partially renovated, some pleasant staff members (Malcolm, Christine), quality treadmills, clean and comfortable lobby furnishings, ample parking Cons - Bathtub needed renovation or at least deep cleaning. There was no housekeeping after the first night, as they are on an every other night schedule, but that wasn't written anywhere or stated by anyone. There was an unpleasant staff member (Arlene, I think.) at the front desk. Small, expensive breakfast buffet ($14.95).
