“Location!”
If you are going to a concert at Ruoff (Deer Creek!), it's tough to beat this place! Friendly staff, independent concert shuttle pickup and drop off to the show, free parking, free breakfast, indoor pool, and surrounded by grocery stores and restaurants for anything you might need. “Clean room and dog friendly”
Friendly helpful workers. Nice for my dog as there was plenty of green space to walk him in. Rooms were average but very clean. Bathroom was small but clean. Wished there were bigger and more towels. Housekeeping never really came while I was there. That was a bummer.

The staff was courteous, professional, and friendly. The room was clean and the other amenities were well maintained. The check-in process was brief and the checkout process was equally as brief. The area around the hotel was well lit. The location was easily accessible.
