Overall, a pretty good experience. The room was very clean and they let us check in early at no extra charge. The staff was nice and helpful. The digital room keys were malfunctioning; we had ours replaced twice during the two night stay. They allow pets. We love animals however like children feel they should not be left unattended in a hotel room (better than a car, but like good parents, pet owners ought to be more attentive). Luckily, the owners came back to their lonesome howling barking dog before it got too late at night. In the latter part of the night, on the third floor we could hear the air conditioning units of adjacent units which made it a bit difficult to sleep the first night. By the second night, it was background noise although my husband slept with ear plugs both nights. The staff were very professional and personable. The pool and jacuzzi was an unexpected bonus as was the breakfast and the 24 hour coffee bar. They had a lot of options for everyone. We really appreciated that they had fresh oranges and apples. We would stay again. Most importantly, it was safe, clean and the staff were really great.

Excellent location. Breakfast is good Cleanliness is A ++. The hotel is 10 yrs old, but, is kept new. Our 1st time in Pahrump for a family visit. Thank you all.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The refrigerator with an ice compartment was definitely a highlight and a useful feature. However, there were a few issues that affected my stay. I couldn’t get cold water from the sink, which was inconvenient, and the coffee machine was painfully slow. I also didn’t like that there was no coffee or tea provided in the room—I had to go to the lobby for it. To make matters worse, there were only cheap, flimsy plastic cups in the room, which felt a bit below the standard I was expecting. When it came to comfort, my sleep quality was affected by a few things. The AC was quite loud, and there was a constant pounding noise coming from the floor above me. I had specifically requested a top-floor room to avoid this, but I wasn’t given one, which made it hard to get any rest. The fan in the bathroom was also noisy, adding to the discomfort. On the positive side, the room was clean, but there was a noticeable pet odor. I understand that the hotel is pet-friendly, but I do wish there were rooms that were specifically for non-pet guests, as I have allergies. Also, the windows didn’t open, which was a bit frustrating, as I would have liked some fresh air, especially since the room felt hot when I first entered (for some reason they had the heat on even though it was warm outside), so that made the temperature inside feel even worse. On the plus side, the check-in process was pleasant. The staff was friendly and informative, which I appreciated.
