Vernon and Deb were great, they were responsive and helpful in making arrangements for a surprise 60th birthday weekend in the Presidential Villa. Shady Brook was perfect for our large family's vacation to Taos and our son's engagement to his girlfriend! “Amazing stay!”

“Best resort EVER”
Joe and I have never had a better welcoming as we did at Shady Brook. Vernon was waiting for us to arrive outside and greeted us with a smile and handshake. The beds/mattresses are all very uncomfortable. The couch with the sleeper sofa are both very uncomfortable.. There is Wi-Fi and internet but we had no cell phone service.
