“Welcoming and Inclusive”
The Hilton Garden Inn Syracuse provided a warm, welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for me and my family. The hotel was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and supportive.

“Nice stay with pool hiccup”
pool was shutdown for 3 hours during the day for chemicals. Why wouldn’t that be done over night when the pool is closed? Other than that all was well

“Need security checks”
Room refrigerator kept my food frozen all week. had it on #4 to find out that froze all of my food solid. Day 2 I turned it down to 1, no change. Food was still frozen. I couldn’t even eat my restaurant leftovers. Also, the inside door swivel lock needs to be tightened. Lastly the back fire exit… more
