“Changes for the worst”
No longer extended checkout for one hour free. No longer discount for medical stays . No trashcan in bathroom. No convenient receptacles for phone chargers. Noise all night long affecting sleep

“I didn't want to complain.”
I stayed at the Micro chain hotel in Canada it was outstanding so I gave it another try here in Greenville NC, came here for a funeral, travel 235 miles we didn't have reservations this was a walk in, The first thing I want to bring up is that the front desk staff (Chance) is outstanding employee… more

“Average at best”
Hotel always clean. This time no vending machines would work . Breakfast a little on the skimpy side. Is located near an eatery.
