“Great customer service”
The hotel isn’t the nicest, but the staff is top tier. The manager is very friendly and hard working. We breakfast was good and they keep the hotel clean.

“Awesome”
Very clean, very respectful, very helpful with all my questions and made sure I knew which cab company to use locally.There wasn't reliable Uber service and they saved me from missing my flight. Highly recommend!!!!! Thank you guys and appreciate your service..

“Great stay”
I did an overnight stay and everything was great. The rooms were very nice, clean & comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious & the font desk Manager Lanisha was very nice & friendly. The location is great & around a lot of restaurants & shopping. I will definitely stay here again.

“Comfort Inn Shelby”
Hotel lobby needs some updating. We were on there for one night so it worked. Rooms could use some TLC. Doors were a little janky, curtains would close.
