“Clean friendly staff., Make sure you get good directions. To find it.”
I had just had surgery And was asking for a recliner to sleep in, but they gave us an upgraded room that worked out Since no recliners were available. “Best Western PLUS +++ in Springfield OR”

“Great BW Hotel”
I am a BW Diamond Rewards member. I have stayed here a couple times and the hotel.is consistently nice. The front desk.is always great and the rooms are.clean and well appointed.

“22 minutes early? It’ll cost you an additional $30.00”
Do not arrive before 3pm or they will assess a $30 “strictly enforced hotel policy” fee. We arrived 22 minutes early and would have been subject to the fee, so opted to wait in our vehicle until it was convenient for them.
