“Wonderful service, be clear about the floor you want to be on, they'll do it”
We went to check in and found the type of room/bed I had requested was on the first level, not upstairs (quieter and with a partial view). They were able to accommodate us and switched it. What a wonderful find, we had a great stay at City Loft Hotel in Beaufort, SC. The location could not have been better and the room was wonderful. Every detail was well thought out, we will definately come back!
