“Staff Up To The Task”
We have stayed at the Hampton Inn Crossville once a year for several years. On this visit, there was a problem with the room. “Perfect location!”
This hotel is in a great location for Crossville. Your not at the Bucee's exit so there is no traffic here. Easy to get to town for plenty of restaurants. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. “Wouldn’t Stay Again”
Booked king pet friendly room but when we checked in, were told there were no king pet friendly rooms and switched us to 2 queens. Room was small. Bathroom clean. Carpet didn’t feel clean (possibly because it was pet friendly). Evening staff friendly.
