“Front desk is awesome”
Paris H. at the front desk is exactly what great service looks like. Efficient, sharp, and genuinely helpful. She handled everything flawlessly. People like her are the difference between an average experience and a great one.

“Excellent customer service all around”
Staff members inside and outside provided excellent customer service during my stay in April 2026. The front desk attendants were pleasant and most helpful, ensuring the room met my preferences. Particular appreciation goes to Manny at the valet station for prompt and friendly service with a smile!

“Beautiful old hotel”
A wonderful night's stay at a beautiful old solid hotel. I always sleep so well when I get into the room, close the door and have complete silence. Comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff!!

Paris was AMAZING! The entire front desk staff was happy, smiling, professional and very accommodating. We came in as customers and left as family!
