“Great Location, CLEAN”
The BW Cotton Tree is in a very central location. The hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. The free breakfast is wonderful with options for all to enjoy.

“A week with no worries about where to sleep”
The staff at the hotel bend over backwards for us. They have for years. EVERYONE is amazing to work with. LOVE this place.

Very clean rooms, staff extremely accommodating and friendly, quiet location and rooms. Bed very comfortable Breakfast choices were larger than several BW we booked recently, food hot and replenished constantly. Someday maybe someone will come up with scrambled eggs that don't taste like they came … more

“No complaints!”
Our room was very clean and comfortable, and I'm a picky traveler. We were in the newer section of the hotel on the 4th floor. Check in went well and desk attendant was very pleasant. Dining area is very small.

“Please clean the hot tub.”
I'm currently staying there now. And I am very disappointed with how the hot tub looks. It seems like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Very disgusting looking and very unsanitary.
