“Lovely hotel”
I was glad to find this hotel in the Salt Lake City area. It was outside the busy downtown area, quiet, family-friendly, clean, updated, reasonably priced. A delightful stay. “A few issues but great service”
We had a little bit of a rough stay. Most everything that went wrong was out of their control but they did do everything they could to fix it-sent maintenance over after hours, upgraded our room. other than the Jacuzzi still not working and the runny eggs it was ok will use again the concrete warmers were not on so the was ice in front of the outside doors the pool was closed for maintenance again

“Average hotel 12 miles from I-80 exit”
We were able to use our Best Western Rewards Points to stay here, otherwise we would have stayed closer to I-80. We had much luggage, and we found that they have only ONE cart. Now this one cart is rickety and should be on the curb. I complained and was told it was up to the owner to buy new carts.… more
