We enjoyed this Hampton more than some we have stayed at recently. the beds, pillows and bedding were all comfortable. The hotel area and room were very clean but had no strong harsh chemical smells. The checkin was easy and the staff throughout the stay were all excellent whether at the front desk or kitchen area or cleaning staff.

“would stay here again”

Stopped by for a quick stay on our way North for a family Christmas get-together. Reserved the room on line as we were on the road and that was easy. Stopped by for a quick stay on our way North for a family Christmas get-together. Reserved the room on line as we were on the road and that was easy. Check in was also a breeze and the room was large and clean and had a good layout. Were happy that the AC/heater unit was not too noisy and the bed was fairly comfortable so we had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was perfect for us, good oatmeal and bacon/eggs, breakfast potatoes, and a biscuit. Very disappointed that the coffee was cold though but would stop there again.

I would really like to give this hotel 5 stars because it seemed like it was brand new. My issue was the TV system🤨. You could not go to a channel directly so you had to navigate to the bottom of the screen and navigate over to the channel you saw listed that you wanted. That part worked fine, the problem was that not one channel you got was the channel you selected. If you picked CNN you got wrestling etc.! On top of that there was now way to keep scrolling until you found your channel. The front desk was useless, all they could say was “we’re so sorry”.Get with it Hilton.

My stay was four nights, five days at the end of April and beginning of May. Unfortunately, what I remember most about this stay was the lack of Wi-Fi service available in my room for two days in a row following a regional power outage. I reported this to the front desk as soon as I discovered the problem. They were very friendly, but they didn't have the ability to resolve the technical problem with the property's Wi-Fi service. I thought about offering to fix it myself but I knew they wouldn't allow me. So, instead of being able to use my laptop on the desk provided in my room, this caused me to spend way more time off property than I otherwise would. Eventually, I was given a ticket number and told to call a 1-877 phone number. I was able to get connected again to their wireless network on the second day with the help of the technical representative on the other end of the phone that had the ability to technically do anything. Nobody physically at the hotel were capable of doing anything. Even if they had the technical knowledge, they still wouldn't be able to do anything. Important, strategic business choices in play here. I was satisfied with my room itself notwithstanding the aforementioned wireless service issue. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was clean with everything in working order. I was appreciative of all the power and USB outlets offered in the room. Having both a mini fridge and a microwave were both helpful and accommodating. Again, very friendly people at the front desk. I was greeted most days after returning back to the hotel at the end of the day. There was plenty of ample parking available in the lot everyday. I didn't have any issues with parking. The King bed room that I stayed in was $96/night before taxes.
