Two night stay for Packer game. We had a two queen standard room. We have stayed here before with no problems so decided to revisit. Very clean room comfortable beds. Only problem was a slow drain but did not cause any issues. Our stay included a free breakfast which had a good variety although second day did not include any fruit which was missed. Couple items were cold (French toast and pancakes) and one undercooked (scrambled eggs). A microwave in the breakfast area would have solved that with no complaints. Also complimentary bar drinks were included (one per guest) Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was near capacity but very quiet.

Room was clean and neat but the bed was poorly made. The staff managed to get the sheet and top sheet correctly positioned but the blankets and bedspread were dumped on the bed and it was lumpy and did not look professional at all. Need rubber mat or anti skid surface in tub as tub is slippery. … more

Room was clean and neat but the bed was poorly made. The staff managed to get the sheet and top sheet correctly positioned but the blankets and bedspread were dumped on the bed and it was lumpy and did not look professional at all. Need rubber mat or anti skid surface in tub as tub is slippery. There is no clock and no cream in the coffee packets. The level for the sink stopper doesn't work. You have to push the stopper in manually.

“Fun Family Trip”

Hot tub wasn't available. Staff did inform us on check in. Room wasn't cleaned well before we checked in. My toiletries bag was wet from water on the floor after arriving. The game room had machines not working. Restaurant attached was nice and had great service. The pool was also nice and warm.

I tried to contact Radisson directly because I do understand that sometimes businesses actually want your feedback to improve. l've now tried THREE different ways to send feedback directly, all of which have failed, signaling that this may be a larger brand issue. During my last attempt, I filled out the entire form and then clicked submit... and nothing happened. I'm done. I am currently staying at the Fond du Lac, WI location. The good: Brianna at check-in was lovely, Donna & Megan at Benvenuto’s were outstanding and the dinner was good. I just asked one of the housekeeping staff for replacement sheets (since it smells like the ones I have were previously used) and she was friendly and accommodating. But there have been several issues. The bad: 1) As mentioned above, the Radisson contact form’s City drop-down menu is broken on the Radisson site 2) The guest survey QR code received at check-in leads to a deleted file. As a customer, this makes it look like Radisson isn’t interested in feedback. Personally, I was trying to use these links to avoid leaving a bad review, but I became very tempted after it was so difficult to contact customer service 3) I was put in a pet friendly room without notification. This is fine for me, but there may be guests with allergies that this could be a severe problem for. 4) every hot water dispenser had coffee-flavored, brown water. Carafes should be dedicated to prevent cross-contamination 5) Breakfast: 1. Almost every single prepackaged option (Yogurt, peanut butter, jam, etc.) contains high fructose corn syrup. Like a huge number of Americans, I avoid this for health reasons. 2. At 7 AM, the eggs were already dry and unappealing. I tried them anyway, and they tasted very odd. I gave up on breakfast. 6) One of my pillows smelled terrible, like it had been used but the pillowcase had not replaced. Delivery of the replacement was unfriendly and curt. Once the smelly pillow was gone, I could smell the rest of the set. As I mentioned above, replacement was easy and much friendlier. 7) finally, clicking the link to read the privacy policy before completing the feedback form on Radisson’s contact site ERASES the entire form. Upon returning to the page, the format of the survey also changed. And, of, course, when I tried to submit feedback on the third Radisson page, nothing happened. As a guest, I am again getting the messaging that Radisson doesn’t value guest feedback, which is a shame since I clearly made a huge effort to avoid leaving a bad review.
