Quick summary: Very well-managed hotel with very clean, comfortable rooms. Everything works well. The management thinks of customer needs in ways large and small, in addition to the usual amenities one expects at a Best Western. My review is based on what I expect of a hotel in this class. We stayed three nights in room 103, a ground-floor room that faces the back of the hotel, with a view of plant material, not the parking lot. This is the quieter side of the hotel, and the room was nice and quiet. The room has 2 very comfortable queen beds, nice pillows - good for a couple where one is a snorer (the voice of experience.) The room and bathroom feel very fresh and clean. The usual amenities expected at a Best Western hotel: coffee maker, fridge, microwave, iron/board, large desk with comfortable ergo chair, etc. Nice big flat-screen TV with lots of channels. Excellent housekeeping. Two-drawer chest to stash your stuff, as well as a bench and luggage rack if you want to work out of your suitcase. the small closet is a but annoying as the rail comes out from the wall, i.e. you only really see the front article of clothing, not what is hung behind. It's not going to hold many parkas. This room has a tub/shower combination. Shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and body lotion provided. Thankfully, the fan does not roar on automatically when the light goes on, but is not noisy, either. (I dislike that noise when I don't need it, like when I'm putting on makeup.) HVAC and complimentary wifi work very well. Everything worked well here. The breakfast buffet has a nice range of hot and cold items: scrambled eggs and sausages or potatoes, breads, cereals, make-your-own waffle, muffins, yogurt, juices, etc. They deserve extra credit for the nice fresh fruit (apples and bananas.) Due diligence: it would be nice to have half-and-half for coffee available, not just non-dairy creamer. I also recommend bringing your own tea, if you are a black tea drinker - most tea at the coffee bar was green tea. The pool and weight room look nice and clean, but we did not use them. Nice lobby environment with leather chairs - you could be proud to meet clients here. The management thinks of things that make life easier. Ask for their printed list of recommended area restaurants. They also were able to provide extras tableware when my take-out order didn't include any of that. We were in the area while my husband had surgery at the Froedert Hospital in Menomonee Falls. It is not a far drive, and this hotel made a nice base during our stay. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional. We'd be very happy to stay here again if in the area.
