“Best Choice! Best hotel!”

The hotel was clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. I had everything I needed! They provide a full breakfast. Equally important, the staff was proficient, friendly, thoughtful and treated guests like family.

It was very cleanly and all the staff were extremely helpful and nice. We had a King Suite and it was roomy and wonderful. We are on an extended trip and have already stayed at 6 hotels. We check the rates and reviews before making a reservation. So far this is the only one that has lived up to the reviews. The one before this one was not even a Suite and we paid $608.00 for 2 nights, and it was not nearly as clean and nice as this hotel, which we only paid $260.00 for 2 nights. We had some problems working with one if our televisions in iur room, it was almost midnight and we called the desk. Teresa was the agent at the front desk. She came immediately and tried to get it to work. She was so sweet, I apologized for the time of day, she said it was no bother. She had trouble with fixing it and called another worker who was at home. Believe it ir not she came in about 5 minutes and fixed it. The next day Teresa called to see if everything was okay. I have nothing but good comments about this Quality Inn Hotel in Casper, Wyoming. You could not do better, especially for the price. I almost never give good reviews, but this hotel deserves one.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good - it even included hot items like eggs and sausage or bacon. They provided fresh-baked cookies in the evenings, which was nice. The only complaint I had was that the breakfast area was kind of cramped. There was a large high-top table in the middle of the area with a fireplace nearby. You could get around it, but when groups of guests were congregating at the table with their bags on the floor near them, it was difficult to get in and out of where the food was. Also, the coffee was just OK - I would have appreciated a better-quality coffee.

Based on my notes, the family included my elderly father, my 2 sisters, my elderly aunt, my niece and I arrived safely at the hotel at night time on 28th May 2024 after a continuing road trip from first point, San Jose , California followed by Wendover, Utah. We spent a night at the hotel before continuing the journey to Mount Rushmore, South Dakota. Firstly, the connecting rooms were cozy and clean. Secondly, we went for breakfast at around 6 AM . Thirdly, the free breakfast was scrumptious which included milk, cereals, toasts and sausages to name a few. Hence, it was a perfect stop for walk - in guests on a road trip.
