“Comfortable Stay.”
Very clean, good sized room. Tidy well kept furniture and decoration. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Good TV selection. Fridge, MWave, Coffee Machine. Above usual standard of typical motel. Basic breakfast.

Imagine finding a jewel of a hotel out in the western Black Hills of Wyoming. That's Serena Inn and Suites in Sundance. “Great spot- refurbished Best Western.”
Clean, large rooms greeted us. Shower wasn’t great, but the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. It was a great place to crash. “Average stay”
The hotel is an average stay. It could use a good renovation. Breakfast was ok. Our key cards quit working more than once. Desk clerk was accommodating but slow. Check in process was slow. But not a lot of choices in town.
