The hotel is very beautiful. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted warmly by a young man(we did not get his name) in black jacket . The hotel exudes Central Asian charm with its clean and welcoming atmosphere, comfortable environment, and decent cuisine. The sauna facilities are exceptional, and I hope to return here again if the opportunity arises.

We overall liked our stay at Mercure. A few things to note: - the location is a 10-15 min walk from the center. It was an easy walk which we enjoyed.
