This hotel is very friendly the staff are eager to please.Enjoyed our 10 day stay would definitely come back , our room was bright and very clean . Could have done with been updated The food was excellent plenty to choose from. The pool areas are always kept immaculate. This hotel is situated at the top of a very steep hill so if you have mobility problems it is not for you .

This a lovely family hotel spotlessly clean rooms are spacious clean towels everyday except when maids on days off pool not huge but kept clean with towels provided and a life guard on duty .staff at reception very helpful food in hotel was ok could be betterbut good prices for food and alcohol with newly installed beer pumps hotel is up a steep winding hill but you can take the 115 steps which btw you get used to doing its a short distance to the beach from there and shops restaurant lovely big balcony has clothes airer and sun beds as well as table and 4 chairs some have a bbq too fùlly fitted kitchen everything you need the safe was only 14euros for the week get tv remote from reception remember to return it at end of hol taxi 3 euros from town to hotel big supermarket at bottom of hill prices are fine we did the volcano trip it was approx 38euros excl lunch that you buy at a restaurant on way i felt the lunch was a rip off for what you got for 12euros each but great holiday would highly recommend this hotel for families great views lots of shops nearby 9/10 for cleanliness staff entertainment varied food in hotel room for improvement one of the bar staff tries to get you to buy the dearer food on menu tall guy but pleasant guy ide go back puerto de la cruz is lovely ..usual looky looky guys there manriques lago worth 5 euros to spend the day 2 euros for a umbrella but worth it its beautiful the rancho a parisienne styled restaurant along the main path from beach is gorgeous not expensive the beef stew is amazing the old church is lovely its a very chilled out place in all

“Beautiful tranquil Hotel”

An amazing 4 star hotel, easily the biggest and best hotel in Puerto La Cruz, great food and friendly staff, the hotel is right on the beech next to the marina and main strip. The hotel has a two large pools and a private beach with boat trips, very reasonable prices too

The Good: The friendliest staff (albeit slow) you can find, Always ready to help you with an honest smile. At this time 4,400 Bolivares (16 dolars) for a room. The view from hotel room (toward the marina and islands) on a 7th floor. Location very convenient to many restaurants and "tascas" on Paseo Colon in Puerto la Cruz. Taxis right at your service. Great pool and view of the ocean.
