“Not bad hotel but wifi only in lobby”
Hotel was ok. Rooms were clean and modern, was on the 5th floor so had no wifi i had to keep going to the lobby. Could not spend my dollars needed local currency. The pool was clean and the view was amazing from my room

“Nice view from the Puerto La Cruz islands”
This hotel is situated on the hill by the Puerto La Cruz bay viewing the island which is very beautiful sunrise if you get a front facing room. It has a good restaurant by the pool that offers service. It has several conference rooms available.

“Business”
Great viene / clean and Operational... but in need of urgent maintenance. The view and the pool are wonderful ... the restaurant by the sea has great ambiance but food depends on how lucky you are ... some dishes are great ... a couple of times food was extremely salty

Stayed with my husband on a business trip for one month. The ocean view from the room was great but the room itself was extremely old and dated.
