“Great experience overall”
We had 2 magnificent nights in Hanoi. The staff, receptionists were amazing, they effortfully took care all of our requests and exceeded our expectations. We booked Rita cruise in Halong Bay and they referred us this hotel in the Old Quarter and that was a great choice.
