“Hong Ngoc is really nice”
We spent four nights in Hanoi. It was a great visit,. Really happy with this hotel. Wonderful staff, super helpful, always accommodating. Ms Suong is pleasant every morning. Hotel is well-located, just a few blocks up from the lake, surrounded by shops.

“Tidy Small Hotel”
Small but tidy rooms with everything that you'd need for a short stay. Staff very helpful and kind. Location good. In the middle of most attractions. Walking distance to many things. Only issue was the lack of hot water for two people but scheduling showers apart would fix that.
