Day 1: Departure with destination Cairo. Arrival, visa procedures and transfer to the hotel and accommodation.

Day 2: Breakfast at the hotel. At the time agreed with our rep, tour around the pyramids of Khafre, Cheops and Menkaure (optional admission into one of them), the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple. Rest of the day at your leisure to join interesting optional tours. Overnight stay.

Cairo - Luxor
Day 3: Breakfast at the hotel. Morning at your leisure to visit Cairo at your own pace, with the possibility of booking optional tours. At 18:00, collection from the hotel for an tour of the Cairene nightlife, in which we will discover the city by night. Exploring old Cairo at night is a unique and special experience. During this sightseeing tour you will enjoy a journey through Old Cairo's most iconic streets, such as Al-Moez Street, Islamic Cairo, the City of the Dead and the famous Tahrir Square, with a charming tea tasting in a traditional coffee shop to finish the tour. The tour will end with dinner, followed by a transfer to the bus station where we will leave for Luxor by bus.
Departing to Luxor at approximately 23:00. The journey will last approximately seven hours. An on-board picnic is provided. Travel overnight.

Day 4: Early arrival to Luxor and transfer to the pier for boarding. Morning at your leisure. Lunch on board the boat. At approximately 14:30 we will visit the east bank of the Nile River for a tour of the Luxor Temple, which is located in the heart of the city, and of the Karnak Temple, one of the largest temples in the world. Dinner and night on board.
Possibility of an optional tour of the Dendera Temple, dedicated to Hathor, goddess of love and fertility.

Luxor - Edfu
Day 5: Full board on board. At the agreed time, we will visit the desert mountains and the Valley of the Kings, the burial site of pharaohs, including entry to three of the tombs. To follow, a visit to the Colossi of Memnon and the temple of Hatshepsut, which have been preserved in an excellent state. Possibility of an optional balloon excursion in Luxor. Return to the boat, setting sail towards Edfu. Night on board in Edfu.

Edfu - Kom Ombo - Aswan
Day 6: Full board on board. At the prearranged time, visit to the Temple of Horus, one of the best preserved in Egypt. Cruise to Kom Ombo to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, located near the riverbank. This temple is home to important information about medicine and the politics of ancient society. Sail towards Aswan. Night on board in Aswan.

Aswan - Abu Simbel - Aswan
Day 7: Full board on board. Early morning departure to visit the Temples of Abu Simbel by road. This will be followed by a trip to the Aswan High Dam, the biggest dam in the whole of Egypt and of vital importance for the country's development. Ride in a traditional Felucca boat. Night on board.

Day 8: Breakfast on board and return to dry land. Transfer to the airport. Flight with destination the city of origin. Arrival. End of the trip and our services.

Important remarks
- Egypt is a Muslim country and the month of Ramadan is of major significance to its residents. During Ramadan, entertainment and alcohol will be restricted in most of the country. The sale of alcohol will be restricted in many places, although some establishments will offer alcohol for sale to tourists. During this period, local businesses may also have shorter opening hours.
- The tours include cultural stops at local workshops so you can learn about the production of traditional crafts.
- Mandatory payments and optional excursions are payable in cash once in Egypt.
- Triple rooms in Africa are generally rooms with twin beds or a double, in which a folding bed is installed to accommodate the third person. Due to the inconvenience this causes, we advise against using this option as far the possible.
- Check-in time at the hotel on the day of arrival depends on each establishment, but in no case will it be before 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise indicated.
- Mandatory payments at destination (service fees and/or general tips) must be paid in cash.
- Cruise on the Nile: The category that we publish corresponds to the official categorization of the authority of the Ministry of Tourism of Egypt. However, this category does not correspond, in most cases, to European quality standards.
