Regensburg, Linderhof and, of course, Herrenchiemsee are also superb. The setting is idyllic, with the stunning backdrop of Lake Chiemsee. The lakes are another of the treasures on this tour. Besides sailing on the Chiemsee, you can enjoy the Königssee, considered one of the most beautiful lakes in the whole world. This will instantly become your happy place, where you'd tell your loved ones to look for you if one day you decided to take a break from it all. It's simply perfect. What's more, on this holiday you'll explore Bavaria's most picturesque villages, where façades are adorned with scenes from tales such as Snow White or Hansel and Gretel.
