La atención en el restaurante de rohan y sunshine
Que maliciosamente no me dejaron subir una sombrilla de playa la cual tuve que regalar argumentando era un artÃculo prohibido a bordo lo cual fue falso ya que luego consulté con seguridad del barco y me informaron que no era prohibido y estaba perfectamente permitido. La persona que no lo permitió vestÃa una remera e identificación de costa cruceros y era una mujer contratada para asistir el abordaje en puerto. Quisieron quedarse con la sombrilla y la terminé regalando a un taxista.

The food ,especially in the restaurant was very good.
There was no basic toiletries to buy ,I needed anti perspirant and there was none.

Friendliness of the staff
The cruise directors relative ignorance of English speaking guests. At the shows he gave a long description in Italian. His English interpretation was extremely short, some nights none at all. Dress code main restaurant was poor with some guests turning up straight from the pool. Buffet was even more odious with middle age men walking round in their very brief speedos

Excelente atención en el restaurante por parte de todo el personal especialmente bernardo, igualmente en el bar de vinos por parte de Rodrigo
Que no se respetaron los beneficios del camarote suite como por ejemplo de la bienvenida de espumante con canapés, tampoco con el plan intenditore ya que no incluye copas de champán cómo está especificado expresamente, tampoco se respeto todos los beneficios del club perla al que pertenecÃa
