The room 11210 that the staff gave to us after tlwe completed to the horrible cahit that you offer in the beginning (9097) the steward of the room 11210 and reception Vanessa.
Room 9097 and all the floor full of laud and unpolite people. Terrible.

Room and food
Some, Reception and transit staff attitude was very negative. Internet charge was an absolute ripoff off. Also didn’t appreciate feeling like they wanted to take more money at every turn. Many other passengers I spoke to commented the same on all three things.
