Staff most helpful, very clean, other passengers decent and cultured and respectful, no drunks. Great variety of food all day long.
Excursion disorganised but cruise itself was perfect.

Dining service impeccable our waiter Made Dwi just went out of his way for us to ensure we had the best dining experience ever as well as his assistant Berlin’s Adi and Ni Made Arik kept us informed and updated. We can’t imagine cruising on any other ship as MSC became our family and we are recommending to all our friends. Entertainment service hospitality Everything beyond outstanding ?

Friendliness and smiling faces of the staff, classical music played every evening in Coffee Bar. Also the free coffee, tea etc and dining experience.
Not being able to take a drinks package without other person doing the same. EG if a partner does not drink that makes it expensive. Also prices compared to Spanish prices are very high, though probably great for the British guests. We did not mind the daily 10 euro service charge but found a service charge added to bar prices not good.

Very interesting destinations, the room was cleaned twice, we have been to one show - magnificent. Nice menu to eat, some days better than others. Great service to rent the stroller and baby club. The cabin very functional, for its size.In overall, we are very satisfied with the cruise!
