Wonderful cruise experience! Fabulous ship facilities, amazing crew, beautiful dining. Previously worked for MSC 24 years ago. How truly fabulous to experience MSC cruises as a passenger, can’t wait to book our next cruise!

Upgrade of the room, clean. Kind staff and good value for money.
We travel from Spain and they changed three Brazilian ports by three Spain ports with no compensation. And later during the cruise was many delays and 2 cities cancelled (Lanzarote and Le Havre). The 100 usd compensation is not enough for all the inconvenience.I chose that cruise for the itinerary and finaly they made too many changes and I couldnt know cities I wanted.I had to make a lot of claims about the compensation abroad because they didn’t made me.The music was only for brazilian people and no for international people, was so bored.I was happy with MSC but after this cruise I want to travel with other cruise companies.En resumen, estaba contenta con msc hasta ahora, pero este crucero me ha decepcionado un poco, más por la como ha gestionado la compañía los cambios y las recompensas, y me hace desconfiar de que en el futuro si reservo de nuevo vayan a cambiarme los planes continuamente.Y respecto al entretenimiento, el equipo de animación perfecto, pero las fiestas y planes muy aburridos.

Peguei o Corona V?rus, no Cruzeiro, o atendimento foi espetacular , no cuidado e na sa?da , fazendo o translado at? um local seguro , em nossa resid?ncia, obrigado ! Gostaria ainda valorizar o camareiro Cardec, os Waiters, Maraya e Hamesh, al?m da Pria do Caputino Caf?, e o Bruno do servi?o de limpeza e higieniza??o e todos da RECEP??O, obrigado !
Nada que possa ofuscar a boa vontade da tripulação , conforto, carinho e dedicação, foi ótimo, na próxima vez, vamos barrar esse passageiro indesejado e inconveniente, CORONA VÍRUS !
