The best valued services are Shows, Animation Team, Cabin
Cork port of call cancelled due to bad weather, this was our reason for booking this cruise. Ship was crowded with children all on cheap deals and taking up all the chairs in the bars at night. Food in dining room was very bland and unimaginative . we will not be using MSC again!.

Southampton port staff rude and unhelpful worst port ever to embark a cruise ! If your travelling with old wheelchair based parents don’t use this port

water park for the children, tea and coffee facilities in cabin, large buffet area with plenty of seating and overall good food choices.
Queues and queues and queues!! Long queues to embark and even longer to disembark despite opting for early self disembarkation, long queues / waits for drink service. Hard to get outdoor seating anywhere as always covered in towels, but no people and no staff ever removed them. Impossible to get near indoor pool for same reasons. First cruise to not have face cloths and tissues provided, travelling with children and allocated a 9.45pm dinner time (didn’t bother eating in restaurants) - may sound odd, but it’s the little things we became used to on other lines. Norwegian cruise but most sail-ins were over night so never saw the views. Some port had very short stays. Little communication from the captain/ senior staff - on other cruises we have always been kept informed.
