The food, the staff.
Only one small swimming pool. Also, no resident performance team, relied on tribute acts, good house band. Only one Big production which was excellent but it needed a resident performance team doing shows. Tribute acts too niche. I was disappointed such a wonderful performance space was underused except for one day out of seven.
