All the staff generally were helpful, and friendly
The cruise liner committed fraud on my credit card, which Is being investigated, I had to cancel my credit card after 2200 dollars was deducted from my credit card to cover a 1000 dollar bill without asking and after cancelling my card they tried to take a further 400 dollars

What an amazing experience. Totally spoiled from the first moment we entered the terminal until we left. Wonderful staff, food, drink and amenities.The ultimate package left us with no hidden costs and total luxury of choice.Boat was lovely too.
Only one thing was off putting and that was the attitude of the personal trainer. #salesperson who I felt to be pushy and condescending when he was trying to sell me some corrective insoles. His questions ie..What is 100÷4.. what holds up a house? in his sales speech were annoying. When I told him I wasn''t really enjoying he questions he said ''maybe you didn''t do so well at school and didn''t like the teacher asking you questions'' i have a high IQ, Iam a psychotherapist. This was insulting. I also missed viewing our departure from Split with my husband because he said we would only be 5 minutes. I was gone half an hour.I was not happy and felt belittled. I only remember his name as Yerslef? Good feet promo. Hard sales. He looked very annoyed when I didn''t buy them. He had previously announced to passengers that if they didn''t want to get off being he size of the boat the gym was open!
