Bristol (UK)

The Bristol Cruise Terminal is 6 miles from Bristol City Centre and access is via the main port entrance at West Town Police Gate - postcode for satnav users is BS11 9DB. The Cruise Terminal is not a dedicated Cruise Terminal but offers limited amenities including a seated waiting area, cafe and toilets.https://www.bristolport.co.uk/cruise/finding-bristol-cruise-terminal. The Bristol Cruise Terminal is able to offer secure car parking facilities close to the Cruise Terminal. Places must be reserved through your booking agent or tour operator and paid for in advance. Passengers should enter the dock area by the West Town Police Gate and then follow the signs to the Drop Off/Car Park area. Please ensure that the Car Park Permit issued is clearly displayed on the windscreen of the vehicle upon arrival at the Terminal. On arrival at the Port please make your way to the cruise terminal where you will be met by the baggage handlers. Once your baggage has been passed to the handlers, please make your way to the car park which is a short walk to the terminal.

Falmouth (Cornwall)

Falmouth is considered famous for it's notorious port. Together with Carrick Roads, it forms the third deepest natural harbour in the world, and the deepest in Western Europe. It is also famous for beeing the start or end of various round-the-world record-breaking voyages, such as those of Sir Francis Chichester and Ellen MacArthur.

Cherbourg (France)

Located on the french coast, in the region of Lower Normandy, it is a port of great importance in Europe. This area became very famous as it was witness the landing of Normandy during World War II. An interesting option is the visit of Mont-Saint- Michel, famous abbey on a tidal island on a rocky promontory that looks a like a fairytale castle.

Le Verdon (Bordeaux)

Bilbao (Spain)

Bilbao is a municipality and city in Spain, the capital of the province of Biscay in the autonomous community of the Basque Country. Bilbao is situated in the north-central part of Spain, some 8.7 mi south of the Bay of Biscay, where the estuary of Bilbao is formed. Its main urban core is surrounded by two small mountain ranges with an average elevation of 1,300 ft. The touristic impulse would come with the inauguration of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao in 1997, being the top destination of this autonomous community. Bilbao is also an attractive destination for business tourism, mainly thanks to new venues such as the Euskalduna Conference Centre and Concert Hall, or the nearby Bilbao Exhibition Centre, in Barakaldo.

Ambassador Cruise Line operates an automatic system whereby an amount of £6 per person per night (this amount reduces to £5 pp/pn for cruises of 16 nights or more in duration) and is automatically added to your onboard account; this also includes all service charges for drinks - All monies are collated so a portion goes to each crew member, who helps to make your cruise special; this is not only distributed to your cabin steward and your waiter or bar attendant, it is also distributed between the hidden stars behind the scenes, such as laundry operatives and kitchen staff, who you might never get to meet in person; Please note that these amounts may change - For sailings booked on and after 1 September 2023,  gratuities are £7pp (£6pp on cruises of 16 nights or more) per night - adult only; for children aged 12-17 years of age, where applicable on a multi-generational sailing fares shown exclude gratuities at £4pp per night.
