We have stayed at Regina City Hotel 3 times during the last 2 months. Our family stay at Regina City Hotel was simply exceptional and without a doubt the best hotel experience we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by an amazing team of professionals who made us feel valued and genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. The hospitality, friendliness, and willingness of the staff to assist with every request were truly remarkable and deserve special recognition. The Regina City Hotel itself is maintained to the highest standards. Everything was impeccably clean - from the lobby and common areas to our room, bathroom, balcony, and pool, restaurant and terrace on the highest floor of the building (8th floor)!. I have rarely seen such attention to cleanliness and detail. The bedsheets, towels, and all room amenities were spotless and of excellent quality, providing a level of comfort that immediately made us feel at home. The location is fantastic, directly by the sea, with beautiful views from both the pool, terrace and the balcony. Waking up each morning and enjoying the peaceful scenery of the Albanian Riviera was a real pleasure. The beach is another highlight. The sandy beach in front of the hotel is very well maintained, the water is crystal clear, and the sea is incredibly clean. It is the perfect place to relax, swim, and enjoy the natural beauty of Vlora. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available every morning, catering to different tastes and preferences. It was clear that great care is taken to ensure guests start their day with a quality dining experience. We were also very pleased with the practical aspects of our stay. Secure parking was available, which made everything much more convenient. The WiFi connection was excellent throughout the property, fast and reliable at all times. The television offered a great selection of channels, providing additional comfort during our stay. What impressed us most was the consistency of quality in every aspect of the hotel. Whether it was cleanliness, comfort, service, facilities, location, or attention to detail, everything was delivered at an exceptionally high standard. I would like to sincerely thank the owner, management, and every member of the Regina City Hotel team for creating such a wonderful experience. The Regina City Hotel is located on the promenade (Lungomare) of Vlora where you can find a lot of shops and where you can get a walk enjoying the city views, and the view of Sazan island and Karaburun. Your dedication, professionalism, and hospitality are evident in everything you do. I wholeheartedly recommend Regina City Hotel to anyone visiting Vlora. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, well-managed beachfront hotel with outstanding service and beautiful views, look no further. We arrived with high expectations, and Regina City Hotel exceeded every single one of them. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the unforgettable memories.
