Great view. The Receptionist was very helpful, and welcoming. The room was good with a working AC. Glad we choose the property for stay. We were given a discount for the 2nd and 3rd night. Our room was upgraded to a sea view with balcony. The breakfast was buffet with we had sufficient to each before heading out each day. The receptionist was helpful with restaurant location for dinner with good taste and reach to visit. Above all, we enjoyed our stay

The hotel is a 10/10! Very beautiful, clean and well organised. The guy at the reception made our trip so much fun! He was very helpful with information on places to visit, how to get a bus or taxi, among many other assistance he offered. I would visit again!

“Luxurious, Great Pool & Stunning Views”

We booked a 2 bedroom which was on top floor with stunning views of the ocean, Sarande and mountains. The room was by far the best we have stayed in Albania (stayed at 4 others). The photos of the rooms don’t do it justice and look better in person. The check in was on the ground floor and you enter on the 2nd floor and our room was on 5th floor so lots of stairs or use of the small and slow elevator. The pool was a highlight of the hotel with plenty of seating, shade and close to the bar and restaurant. Plenty of parking at the front of the hotel so not a problem however driving to Saranda Main Street is a nightmare and finding parking is very difficult. We generally parked on main road in front of Santa Quaranta which is also a stunning resort with beach access, pool and easy walk to shops and restaurants. The air con was fantastic as we travelled in summer. Only advice I would give is to put sun block blind in main bedroom window as outside lights stay on over night which made it hard to sleep. If you want a luxurious hotel then this is the one. It is a 5 min a walk down a very steep hill then 25 min walk to Saranda City Beach. The walk up takes abit out of you as I was puffing heavily and only didn’t do it again so best is to drive. Ksamil was a 25 min drive so best leave early 8:30am to get parking and sun bed. Personally I feel Santa Quaranta Beach was by far the best compared to Ksamil Beach or Pulbardha Beach which seem to be very expensive and over rated. Definitely visit Blue Eye, Permet Hot Springs, Gjirokaster which is a whole day trip. I would recommend Art Hotel to family & friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely hotel built in the last few years so everything is still fresh. Mario on receptionist is great and was very helpful and all the staff are kind and friendly. Lovely hotel built in the last few years so everything is still fresh. Mario on receptionist is great and was very helpful and all the staff are kind and friendly. Rooms are very nice, clean and well presented. Apart from getting an iron, we had nothing we needed to ask for and had no complaints. Pool is open from 9-10pm so you can enjoy it all day. Check out the toilets by the pool - amazing! Breakfast is served near pool area so be careful of flies but they also put out deterrents to keep them away from the food. Only downside is that although close to the strip with lots of activity, the hotel is at a much higher altitude so what looks to be a short walk on a map is not actually a paved road and is a very steep walk. We found however that leaving out the back by the reception / pool is a short cut down to that area where buses also pass. To get to the beachfront area is approx 25min walk or you can take a taxi. A number is available at reception, or in town there are always plenty of taxis available. You can also leave by the front of the hotel and use the main road but it's longer.
