The location is probably the best thing about this hotel, but the positives don't stop there. We had originally thought that we wanted to stay at a different hotel that was right on the edge of the beach but were so happy that we chose Hotel Riviera instead. The lobby and elevators were modern. The hallways were bright and clean and our room was quiet despite the hustle and bustle going on right outside the front door. Our room was a good size, however our bathroom was quite small. It was easier to dry off after your shower in the main room. The room was comfortable with a pretty powerful ceiling fan to keep things cooler on a hot day. The included breakfast was very good with lots of choices in pastries, fruits , cereals, and drinks. It would be my hotel of choice on our next visit to Mar Del Plata.

“Nice Place, great attention”

Very clean, people was awesome. I stayed one night, the room was perfectly clean, good bed and good bathroom. They solved a problem for me, is 3 blocks from the beach and just in the perfect place to go anywhere you want.

The rooms were the right size for a double. Across the way from the beach. Friendly staff. Stayed an extra day and had to move rooms. Which ended up being better then the one before. The rooms were the right size for a double. Across the way from the beach. Friendly staff. Stayed an extra day and had to move rooms. Which ended up being better then the one before. It was located on the 3rd floor. I am not a fan of pork. During breakfast the staff noticed i had started to walk away and asked if there was something special I needed. I said eggs with no ham. The whipped it up for me! The hotel is so central and confortable. Also was a reasonable price!

The hotel looks nice: great lobby, well lit hallways, modern elevators, but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. In our room, there was no A/C, just a ceiling fan, the Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, and the shower in the bathroom was the size of your average aircraft lavatory: tiny! In its favor I must mention that breakfast - albeit modest - is included, the staff is very friendly, and the location is excellent: across this street from the beach, and, more importantly, from the Casino.

We stayed here when it wasn´t yet very warm, but we could spend some mornings at the beach., it was across the street. Our room was comfortable and clean, we were at 8th floor, perhaps another elevator woudl be necessary. Breakfast was complete and there is a restaurant if you want to have lunch or dinner at the hotel. But if you dont there are lots of good restaurants nearby. For a three stars hotel it offers a good stay.
