The Bubali Luxury Apartments Villa exceeded our expectations in every way from the moment we submitted our first inquiry to the last hour of our checkout. We spent one week in this incredible, newly updated, modern space and would have gladly extended our stay to much longer if we could. The property located on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic, though there are many close restaurants and grocery stores that are all easily walkable. The property is gated and the general area seemed very safe. There is plenty of dedicated parking for the villa apartment. The property has a very long exclusive use front porch in the front, and opens in the back directly onto a spacious walled common area courtyard that is very green and surrounded by fruit trees, cactus and many other plants. The swimming pool is large and clean with ample new high quality pool loungers. There is a very large grill with spare gas tanks that we enjoyed. Though the villa is located near other apartments, it is very private, and we never heard anything from the neighboring units during our stay. At night it was silent and we slept exceptionally well. All of the villa’s living spaces have tall airy ceilings and an open and inviting layout with fresh paint and modern lighting. The bathrooms are newly renovated and modern. The beds, furniture, televisions, and all amenities are new, and perfectly selected for the spaces they're situated in. Overall this house is very well stocked, and we found everything we needed including many sets of various types of new beach chairs and beach blankets for use. The kitchen has an incredible open format layout with state-of-the-art new appliances and automated cabinetry. It opens onto a large covered breezy area with a large new dining table overlooking the courtyard that is exclusively for the villa apartment to use. There is every kitchen tool and appliance imaginable. The format was perfect for preparing and enjoying dinner outside in the breezy evenings as well as coffee in the morning overlooking the courtyard. Our experience would not have been the same if it was not for Maud the property manager, who personally ensured that our stay was fantastic. Aside from being very responsive to our inquiries, she took it upon herself to contact and solve a frustrating booking issue we were having with Expedia unrelated to the Bubali Villa. She greeted us when we arrived and explained everything about the newly renovated modern property. Throughout our stay, Maud went above and beyond to check in with us and make sure that we felt at home, had everything we needed, and even took the time to meet with us before we left to make sure our stay was everything it could be. This excellent property and management company earned our highest approval and made for one of our most memorable trips and overall best overseas rental experiences. We absolutely recommend it to anyone, and we look forward to returning soon.

What a fantastic place! Great host. Property is very well put together with many thoughtful perks. Washer / dryer tokens, water and soft drinks in the fridge, A/C already on when I arrived, impeccably clean and well maintained!!! Thanks so much !!!

Wonderful and peaceful! The accessible unit was ideal for our needs. The shower room worked perfectly for my husband as a wheelchair user, I would say the best we have used anywhere in our travels. Everything in the unit is clean and in good repair. Arjen has thought of everything you could possibly need and provides it. The pool is pristine and I enjoyed dipping in many times a day! The owner Arjen was very friendly and helpful, he provided many tips on where to go on the island. He even provided a referral to an awesome wheelchair taxi and tour service. I would recommend that you rent a car or plan to spend some money on accessible taxi's if you are staying. Although the location is easily walkable to stores and Eagle beach for able bodied persons, the roads are not safe for wheelchair travel (no sidewalks or shoulders on the road). We took a trip out to see something everyday with the accessible cab and were able to see much of the Island. We were able to safely walk to one fine restaurant which we enjoyed and we cooked in several times as well (kitchen is well supplied). Arjen is a great advocate for disabled travelers and really helped make our trip memorable!

While Aruba was overall very disappointing for us (extremely ‘touristy’, ‘Americanised’, too much development and with more everywhere), we could not fault this accommodation. Extremely well situated for main beach and tourist areas of Palm and Eagle, and access to main roads. Easy to reach extremes of island. Excellent supermarket five minutes away. Apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Efficient A/C. Private outside dining area. Laundry facilities FOC. Pool on site and Bar B Q facilities. Extremely friendly host. As a side note, be aware that car hire can be an issue in peak season. We decided to go with a reputable brand - Avis. I was disappointed to have to wait a little for a car to be ready, but then realised we were the lucky ones, to even get one! Saw customers, with confirmed bookings, turned away with just a shrug of the shoulder of the staff, as no regard at all, as they had ‘overbooked’. Unbelievable. People left to rely on locals touting rental services on the street outside the terminal. Our car was old and well beaten, but it got us right around the island at least. Not sure what you can do to avoid this, but be aware. Seems to be a known issue at the airport.
