“Good value”
If you stay for more than couple of days, you can negotiate the price at the front desk. For the price we paid (later I found out its almost the same as a room at some hostel without AC and pool), I think it has good value: located in the center of town, room is spacious and clean and can be cleane… more

“Budget hotel”
Reached Leticia at night and checked out in the morning and hence decided to stay at this hotel. Very basic hotel and limited breakfast. Good for a night for the cost. Would not recommend for long stays.

When it comes to the facilities, decent pool area, ugly room, the mini bar was dirty and not very well maintained.
